• 1. Verisign Company Limited (“Verisign”)

  is the Company’s 100.0% subsidiary. The paid-up and registered capital is currently at 126.0 million Baht for out-of-home advertising business. Verisign is the holder of the lands lease contract at expressway skirt area, for installation of publicizing billboard, which is located before the Rama IV exit.

• 2. Master Standard Display Company Limited(“MSD”)

  is the Company’s 100.0% subsidiary. The paid-up and registered capital is currently at 570 million Baht for advertising business operation in renting out publicizing and advertising area advertising media. MSD has been the lease contract holder of billboard for publicity at Ekkamai Raminthra Expressway.

• 3. Ads Cuisine Company Limited (“Ads Cuisine”)

  is the Company’s 100.0% subsidiary. The paid-up and registered capital is currently at 10.0 million Baht for advertising business operation in renting out publicizing and advertising area. Ads Cuisine is the holder of concession right on publicizing billboard from Bangkok Metropolitan Administration (BMA).

• 4. SRPB Media Co., Ltd.

  is the Company’s 45.0% subsidiary. The paid-up and registered capital is currentlyat 1.25 million for provide digital advertising media.

• 5. Plan B CS Co., Ltd.

  is the Company’s 80% subsidiary. The registered capital is currently at 10.0 million Baht with paid-up capital at 8.0 million Baht for providing Digital Out-of-Home Media Advertising.

• 6. Maxview Media Group Co., Ltd. (“Maxview”)

  is the 85.0% subsidiary of MSD. The paid-up and registered capital is currently at 100.0 million Baht for advertising media business to provide static and digital advertising media in strategic locations in Bangkok, Nontaburi, Pattaya, Khonkhaen, Chiang Mai, Phuket, HatYai, Suratthani and Samui Island.

• 7. Mercy Plus Co, Ltd. (“MercyPlus”)

  is the 100.0% subsidiary of MSD. The paid-up and registered capital is currently at 3.0 million Baht to provide advertising media in modern trade department store. Mercy Plus is the holder of right for advertising media on digital LED screens in BIG C Supercenter.

• 8. 2000 Publishing and Media Co., Ltd. (“2000Publishing”)

  is an associated company of MSD with 35% holding of total share. The paid-up and registered capital is currently at 17.0 million Baht for publishing media business and to develop electronic media on mobile applications.

• 9. Plan B Eleven Co., Ltd. (“Plan B Eleven”)

  is the 100.0% subsidiary of MSD. The paid-up and registered capital is currently at 1.0 million baht for performing as the sale agent and managing the right acquired by the company or assigned by it associated company.

• 10. The One Plus Co., Ltd. (“The One Plus”)

  is the 100.0% subsidiary of MSD. The paid-up and registered capital is currently at 17.0 million Baht for providing advertising media services of digital media displays in 6 airports of Airport Authority of Thailand (AOT).

• 11. Bright Sky Media Co.,Ltd. (“BrightSky”)

  is the 50.0% subsidiary of MSD.The paid-up and registered capital is currently at 25.0 million Baht for operating the advertising media business in 22 airports under the rights from Airport of Thailand PCL.(AOT) and Department of Airport.

• 12. Triple Play Co., Ltd. (“Triple Play”)

  is the 100.0% subsidiary of MSD. The paid-up and registered capital is currently at 31 million Baht for advertising media business in baggage claim areas over 22 carousels in Suvarnabhumi Airport.

• 13. Tuna Advertising Co., Ltd. (“Tuna”)

  is the 100.0% subsidiary of MSD. The paid-up and registered capital is currently at 5.0 million Baht for providing advertising media services in 28 airports of Department of Airport.

• 14. W.P.S. Media Company Limited(“W.P.S.”)

  is the 50% subsidiary of MSD holding of total share. and registered capital is currently at 43.0 million Baht and paid-up capital is 27.1 million Baht for Media advertising operator in the airport

• 15. Independent Artist Management Co., Ltd. ("IAM")(Formerly BNK48 Office Co.,Ltd.)

  is the 35.0% subsidiary of MSD. The paid-up and registered capital is currently at 25.4 million Baht for Talent Management and Total Solution content , Management and Development of the BNK48 members, Production and Operation of entertainment shows, music publishing, sales of BNK48 products, advertising and PR, business development for any services in relation to BNK48

• 16. BNK Production Co., Ltd. (BNK Production)

  is the 49.99% the associated company of IAM. The registered capital is 4.0 million Baht and the paid-up capital is currently 1.0 million Baht equal to 25% percent of registered capital, Providing the Television Production business for broadcasting on Digital TV and Online Platform and event organizing and concert business.

• 17. Platform Makkasan Co., Ltd.

  is the 70% subsidiary of Independent Artist Management Co., Ltd.. The paidup and registered capital is currently at 2 million Baht for providing Artist Management Business.

• 18. More Than I Can Say Co., Ltd.

  is the 65% subsidiary of Independent Artist Management Co., Ltd.. The paid-up and registered capital is currently at 2 million Baht for providing Films Production Coordinators.

• 19. Dreamers Society Management Co., Ltd.

  is the 59% subsidiary of Independent Artist Management Co., Ltd..The paid-up and registered capital is currently at 10 million Baht for providing Artist Management Business.

  is subsidiary company of MSD with 50% of total share. The paid-up and registered capital is currently at 23,206 million Kip (LAK) for providing static advertising media in Laos.

  (“Plan B Malaysia”) is subsidiary company of MSD with 90.0% holding of total share. The paid-up and registered capital is currently at 1.0 million Ringgit Malaysia.

• 22. Sanctuary Billboards Sdn. Bhd.

  is an associated company of MSD with 40% holding of total share. The paid-up and registered capital is currently at 1.0 million ringgit (MYR) for providing static advertising media in Malaysia.

• 23. Digital Factory Co.,Ltd. (“Digital Factory”)

  is subsidiary company of MSD with 50.0% holding of total share and registered capital is currently at 2.0 million Baht for online advertising media.

• 24. Sign Work Media Co.,Ltd. (“Sign Work”)

  is subsidiary company of MSD with 50.0% holding of total share. and registered capital is currently at 2.0 million Baht for advertinsing media in Suvarnabhumi airport.

• 25. Atmos Sports Lab Company Limited

  is the joint venture company of MSD with 36.9% holding of total share and registered capital is currently at 5.0 million Baht for Import and distribute sport and fashion goods under ATMOS shop brands.

• 26. Atmos Apparel Company Limited

  is the joint venture company of MSD with 44.9% holding of total share and registered capital is currently at 5.0 million Baht for Import and distribute sport and fashion goods.

• 27. Splash Media PCL.

  is the 70% subsidiary of MSD. The paid-up and registered capital is currently at 136.0 million Baht for providing out-of-home media advertising; static media, large size billboards.

• 28. Splash Estate Co., Ltd.

  is the 100% subsidiary of Splash Media PCL. The paid-up and registered capital is currently at 85.0 million Baht for providing Billboards production and Rental Business.

• 29. Starks Multimedia Co., Ltd.

  is the 75% subsidiary of MSD. The paid-up and registered capital is currently at 24 million Baht for providing out-of-home media advertising and having the rights to lease Digital outof-home screens on strategic locations both Bangkok and upcountry.

• 30. BL Falcon Pte. Ltd. (Singapore)

  is the 30% the associate company of MSD. The paid-up and registered capital is currently at 2.5 million Singapore Dollars for providing out-of-home media advertising in Singapore.

• 31. The Ska Talent Management Co., Ltd. (“The Ska”)

  is the 50% subsidiary of IAM. The paid-up and registered capital is currently at 50 million Baht for providing services of managing all kinds of artists, singers and actresses.

• 32. Talent Connect Co., Ltd. (“Talent Connect”)

  is the joint venture company of MSD and IAM in which MSD held 9% shares and IAM held 57.67 shares totaling 66.67%. Currently, the registered capital is 30 million Baht and the paid-up capital is 15.05 million Baht. Talent Connect is providing a software publishing and digital platform online.

• 33. Good Things Happen Co., Ltd. (“Good Things”)

  is the associated company of MSD and IAM in which MSD held 25% shares and IAM held 16% shares totaling 41%. Currently, the registered capita and paid-up capital is 25.0 million Baht. Good Things is providing all types of advertising media services, public relations consultancy and undertaking marketing activities.

• 34. Via Group (Thailand) Company Limited (“Via Group”)

  is the associated company of MSD which MSD held 15% shares Group. Currently, the registered and paid-up capital is 1.27 million Baht. Via Group is the computer programming service provider who developed the innovation of Enterprise Software and Digital Content and providing the application searching for bus lines and routings in real time under the name of “Via Bus”.

• 35. Raceup Work Company Limited (“Raceup”)

  is the joint venture company of MSD holding 45.45%. Currently, the registered and paid-up capital is 5.5 million Baht. Raceup is providing a full-service sporting organizer.
